REPORTS OF THE INDEPENDENT COUNSEL

The Office of Independent Counsel for Iran/contra Matters is submitting three volumes of reports to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Division for the Purpose of Appointing Independent Counsel:

  1. Volume I: Investigations and Prosecutions
  2. Volume II: Indictments, Plea Agreements, Interim Reports to the Congress and Administrative Matters
  3. Volume III: Classified Materials

The materials from Independent Counsel's investigations that are not contained in one of these three volumes have been deposited with the National Archives. Materials are also held, some under seal, in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia, Maryland, and the Eastern District of Virginia and in the United States Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and for the Fourth Circuit.
